Due to the nature of products sold on CaseBazaar, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No Return / No Exchange
All mobile cases, covers, and accessories are classified as personal-use products.
Therefore:
- ❌ Returns are not accepted
- ❌ Exchanges are not accepted
- ❌ Replacements are not provided
This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect model selection by the customer
- Color/design mismatch expectations
- Minor color or texture variations due to screen differences
Customers are strongly advised to verify device model and product details before placing an order.
Refund Policy
CaseBazaar follows a Strict No Refund Policy.
Refunds Are NOT Provided For:
- Customer dissatisfaction after delivery
- Wrong model ordered by customer
- Incorrect delivery address provided
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Delayed delivery due to courier issues
Once an order is confirmed and processed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or processed.
- Cancellation requests made after order confirmation will be automatically rejected.
- Orders already shipped or under processing are not eligible for cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy (Limited Exception)
CaseBazaar provides resolution only in the following cases:
✔ Product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery
✔ Product received is completely different from what was ordered
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To raise a claim, customers must:
- Share a clear unboxing video
- Video must start before opening the package
- Show original packaging and shipping label

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
⚠️ Minor scratches, fitting issues, or usage marks are not considered damage.
Final approval or rejection of the claim rests solely with CaseBazaar.
Legal Disclaimer & Consumer Law Compliance
CaseBazaar operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
As permitted under Indian consumer law:
- Personal-use items are not mandatory returnable
- Refunds are not compulsory where product description is accurate
- Policies clearly disclosed before purchase are legally enforceable
By placing an order on CaseBazaar, the customer:
- Confirms they have read and agreed to all policies
- Accepts that CaseBazaar’s decision shall be final and binding
- Waives the right to dispute refunds/returns outside the terms stated herein
